Welspun Corp Limited is an India-based company and a flagship of the USD 2.7 billion Welspun Group. It is a global manufacturer of large diameter welded line pipes for the oil and gas industry, with facilities in India, Saudi Arabia, and the USA. The company produces Longitudinal (LSAW), Spiral (HSAW), and ERW / HFIW pipes, serving major oil and gas companies worldwide. Welspun Corp has diversified into other sectors, including home textiles, infrastructure, steel, and advanced textiles. The company has manufacturing facilities in Anjar, Bhopal, Mandya, and Jhagadia in India, as well as in Little Rock, Arkansas, USA. Recently, Welspun Corp has expanded into ductile iron pipes, TMT rebars, stainless steel tubes and pipes, and acquired assets in the shipyard infrastructure sector. The company has also undergone several mergers and acquisitions to strengthen its market position and diversify its product portfolio.
