NBCC (India), formerly National Buildings Construction Corporation Ltd, is a Navratna Enterprise under the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs. It operates in three main segments: Project Management Consultancy (PMC), Real Estate Development, and EPC Contracting. PMC, contributing about 90% of annual revenue, covers redevelopment of government properties, infrastructure projects, and various construction works. The company has a presence in several countries, executing projects in Africa, Maldives, Mauritius, and Dubai. NBCC has diversified into road construction and acquired subsidiaries like Hindustan Steelworks Construction Limited and HSCC (India) Limited. It also acts as a Land Management Agency for the Government of India. The company has been involved in completing stalled Amrapali Group projects and has secured various domestic and international construction contracts. NBCC provides services including project conceptualization, engineering, procurement, and construction across civil, infrastructure, and real estate sectors.
