
NBCC (India) has secured four new project management consultancy contracts worth ₹158.95 crore through its wholly owned subsidiary Hindustan Steelworks Construction Ltd (HSCL). According to the latest stock exchange filing, the contracts include the construction of a Mega Education Complex in Keonjhar district valued at ₹70.59 crore, works for DD University worth ₹17.24 crore, and two contracts from Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan for new campuses in Angul and Sambalpur districts, each valued at ₹35.56 crore. These latest wins add to the ₹132.28 crore orders announced earlier this month, bringing NBCC's total project portfolio to nearly ₹301 crore in recent contract wins.

The latest contract wins significantly strengthen NBCC's project pipeline in the education and public infrastructure segments. NBCC currently maintains an order book of around ₹1.2 lakh crore, with projects worth nearly ₹38,000 crore under execution. The company plans to award another ₹20,000 crore worth of work during the current financial year, taking the value of projects under execution to around ₹58,000 crore. HSCL operates under the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs as a wholly owned subsidiary of NBCC (India), adding to the group's diversified project portfolio across multiple infrastructure segments.
