
According to the latest communication dated May 22, 2026, NBCC (India) Ltd. has scheduled a meeting of its Board of Directors on May 27, 2026 to consider and approve the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. The Board will also recommend a final dividend, if any, for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The company is a central public sector enterprise under the Ministry of Housing & Urban Affairs, specializing in civil engineering, construction, and infrastructure projects both in India and overseas. The communication was formally addressed to BSE Limited and signed by Arjit Sachdeva, Managing Director, on behalf of the company.
In compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the company's securities is closed since April 1, 2026 and will remain closed until May 29, 2026, which is 48 hours after the public announcement of the audited financial results. This restriction applies to all company insiders and related parties, ensuring fair market access during the results announcement period. The upcoming board meeting is convened pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
According to reports from NBCC (India), the company posted a strong performance in Q3 FY26 with consolidated net profit climbing 39% year-on-year to ₹193 crore from ₹138.5 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. Revenue from operations also registered steady growth, rising 7.6% to ₹3,022 crore, compared with ₹2,809 crore a year earlier. The company demonstrated robust operational performance across its civil engineering and construction portfolio during the third quarter.

The stock hit a 52-week high of ₹130.70 on June 9, 2025, and a 52-week low of ₹77.18 on March 30, 2026. On Friday, shares ended 1.81% higher at ₹94.75, outperforming the benchmark Nifty 50's 0.27% rise.
