
NBCC (India) Ltd delivered exceptional Q4 FY26 results with consolidated net profit surging 37.22% to ₹241.38 crore compared to the corresponding period last year. According to ET Now, revenue from operations grew modestly by 1.81% year-on-year to ₹4,559.79 crore during the quarter. Profit before tax (PBT) increased 37.44% to ₹342.29 crore compared to the same quarter a year ago, while total expenses fell 1.81% to ₹4,276.44 crore from ₹4,355.43 crore in Q4 FY25. Work and consultancy expenses stood at ₹3,950.29 crore, slightly lower on a yearly basis, while employee benefit expenses rose 19.66% to ₹106.14 crore.
Among business verticals, the project management consultancy (PMC) segment remained the biggest contributor to revenue with income increasing 2.14% year-on-year to ₹4,356.78 crore. However, the company faced challenges in other segments with revenue from real estate dropping sharply by 73.53% to ₹42.72 crore. The engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) business also declined 33.39% to ₹140.43 crore during the reporting quarter. Work and consultancy expenses stood at ₹3,950.29 crore, slightly lower on a yearly basis, while employee benefit expenses rose 19.66% to ₹106.14 crore.
For the full financial year FY26, NBCC reported a consolidated net profit of ₹720.03 crore, registering a growth of 33.06% over ₹541.13 crore in FY25. Revenue from operations for the year rose 7.01% to ₹12,888.61 crore from ₹12,043.77 crore in the previous financial year. As reported by ET Now, the board of directors has recommended a final dividend of ₹0.46 per equity share with a face value of Re 1 each for FY26, subject to approval at the ensuing AGM. The company operates across three key segments: project management consultancy, real estate, and engineering procurement and construction.

ONGC and General Insurance Corporation of India will announce their dividend decisions on May 26, while Ashok Leyland and Alkem Laboratories will follow on May 28.
According to reports from The Economic Times, Bharat Dynamics will hold a board meeting on May 28 to consider and approve financial results for Q4 FY26. The ammunitions and missiles manufacturer will also notify the final dividend, if any, for the financial year 2025-26.
