Stock gains supported by firm global aluminium prices and tailwinds from increased customs duties on metal imports.
NALCO operates at 103% aluminium smelter capacity with no spare capacity, limiting near-term volume growth; however, a +1.0 MTPA alumina refinery expansion is nearing completion by June 2026, boosting export surplus.
