
According to reports from ET Now, NALCO reported mixed performance in the third quarter of FY26 with net profit rising 1.8% year-on-year to ₹1,595 crore compared with ₹1,566 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. Revenue from operations increased 1.5% to ₹4,731 crore from ₹4,662 crore in the same period last year. However, EBITDA declined 1.8% to ₹2,182.3 crore from ₹2,222.8 crore, while EBITDA margin narrowed to 46.1% from 47.7% on a year-on-year basis.
As reported by ET Now, the company has declared an interim dividend of ₹4.50 per share for shareholders. The Board of Directors approved payment of 2nd Interim dividend at ₹4.50 per share (90% on Face value of ₹5 per share) on the paid-up equity share capital of ₹918.32 crore for the financial year 2025-26. The company has fixed February 6, 2026 as the Record Date for payment of the dividend to eligible shareholders.
According to ET Now, shares of NALCO closed at ₹382.95 per share on Friday, January 30, which is 10.72% below the previous close of ₹428.95 apiece. During the trading session, the counter swung between ₹416 and ₹379.85 per share. The 52-week high level for the scrip is ₹431.60 per share, which it hit on January 29, while the 52-week low came on April 7, 2025 at ₹140 per share. The company is a constituent of BSE 500 index with a market capitalisation of ₹70,333.81 crore.
