Patanjali Foods is a leader in edible oil and soya food businesses in India, and the first exporter of Soya Bean Meal from the country. In 2022, it acquired the food business of Patanjali Ayurved Limited and launched a Further Public Offer to increase public shareholding. The company has expanded its product portfolio over the years, including the acquisition of biscuits, noodles, and breakfast cereals businesses from Patanjali group companies.
