
According to the latest exchange filing, Patanjali Foods has declared a second interim dividend of ₹1.75 per equity share for the financial year 2025-26 on Tuesday, April 21. The dividend is based on the company's equity shares of face value ₹2 each, translating to 87.5% of the face value. The board has fixed April 25, 2026, as the record date to determine eligible shareholders for receiving this payout, with the payment scheduled on or before May 20, 2026. As per ET Now, the company stated in the regulatory filing that "Pursuant to Regulation 43 of the Listing Regulations declared 2nd Interim Dividend of ₹1.75 (i.e. 87.5%) per equity share of face value of ₹2/- each for the Financial Year 2025-26."

According to ET Now, Patanjali Foods reported strong financial performance in Q3 FY26 with consolidated net profit growing 60% to ₹594 crore compared to ₹371 crore in the year-ago period. The company's revenue from operations increased 17% year-on-year to ₹10,484 crore in Q3 FY26 against ₹8,997 crore posted in the same quarter of the last financial year. Sequentially, the net profit rose 15% from ₹517 crore posted by the company in Q2 FY26, while the topline saw a 7% uptick against ₹9,776 crore reported in the July-September quarter of FY26.
