Raymond Limited is an Indian company with diverse business interests. It is the largest integrated manufacturer of worsted fabric globally and a leading lifestyle, textile, and branded apparel company. The company operates in textiles, engineering, FMCG, and real estate sectors. Raymond's textile division has a wide distribution network of multi-brand outlets and exclusive retail shops in India and exports to over 55 countries. The engineering division includes J.K. Files & Tools, J.K. Talabot Ltd, and Ring Plus Aqua Ltd, manufacturing files, power tools, and auto components. Raymond also has interests in aviation services. The company's real estate business was launched in 2019, with projects in Thane, Maharashtra. In 2023, Raymond approved a demerger of its Lifestyle Business Undertaking into Raymond Consumer Care Limited.
