Godrej Industries Limited is a holding company of the Godrej Group with diverse business interests. Its core operations include Chemicals, Estate Management, and Finance & Investments. The Chemical Division manufactures oleochemical products used in various industries. The company has significant stakes in consumer goods, real estate, agriculture, and gourmet retail through subsidiaries and associates across 18 countries. It owns 58% of Godrej Agrovet, a diversified agri-business company, and 100% of Nature's Basket, a gourmet store chain. Godrej Industries has manufacturing facilities in Gujarat and Maharashtra, and is involved in the production and marketing of oleo-chemicals, bulk edible oils, seeds, estate management, and investment activities. The company has undergone several structural changes, mergers, and acquisitions since its incorporation in 1988, expanding its business portfolio and market presence.
