Rakesh Swami, Group Head and President – Corporate Affairs, said the MoU reflects the group's confidence in Haryana as a long-term investment destination, citing the state's investment environment and ease of doing business.
The planned investment could significantly boost Haryana's residential and commercial real estate market, particularly Gurugram, where the group plans substantial expansion. As per latest reports, the investment plan could increase demand for homes, rental properties, offices and supporting commercial spaces around major employment corridors. For homebuyers and property investors, the combination of new housing projects, Grade A+ offices and job creation could make upcoming development zones around Gurugram particularly important to track. The group is committed to social responsibility, spending around ₹1 crore annually on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives and over ₹10 crore on infrastructure projects in Haryana. These include support systems for construction workers and public space enhancement projects, including restoration efforts in Karnal and Kurukshetra.
