The company's subsidiary Lineage Power Private Limited (LPPL) has entered into a strategic cooperation agreement with MEGMEET Electrical India Private Limited to supply AI data centre power systems in India, as announced today. Under the agreement, MEGMEET will act as a strategic supplier of AI data centre power systems and related products to LPPL, with product supplies to be executed through mutually agreed purchase orders. The collaboration also covers technical support, product upgrades, training and lifecycle after-sales services to enhance the partnership's comprehensive scope. The cooperation builds on the companies' existing telecom power relationship while extending collaboration into AI data centre power infrastructure, with the deal extending a business relationship of over five years between the two companies in telecom power solutions.
