The company offers JD Omni, an end-to-end business management solution for SMEs, and JD Pay for digital payments. Just Dial also operates JD Social, a social media platform for users and businesses. The company has a large workforce covering over 250 cities and more than 11,000 pin codes in India. In 2021, Just Dial launched JD Mart, a B2B platform for businesses to showcase and sell products. Reliance Retail Ventures Limited acquired a majority stake in Just Dial in 2021, making it a subsidiary. As of March 31, 2023, Just Dial had 36.5 million active listings in its database.
