According to reports from Upstox, the companies include ICICI Prudential AMC, electrical equipment firm Continental Controls, Ind Bank Housing, Just Dial, and a few others. The Q4 FY26 earnings season officially began last week with companies such as Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), Anand Rathi Wealth, and GM Breweries posting their March quarter results. Today, TCS will report its Q4 FY26 results alongside these other companies, with the IT giant's performance being closely watched by investors. As per The Hindu BusinessLine, 42 companies are scheduled to announce their Q4 FY26 results during the week of April 13-18, with marquee names including HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, Wipro, and Just Dial drawing the most investor attention.
TCS has made 25,000 offers to freshers for FY27, as reported by PTI, with CEO K Krithivasan stating that "clarity on demand will lead to more hiring." The company had hired 44,000 freshers in FY26, one of the highest by any private sector employer in the country, despite facing headwinds. Krithivasan classified the pipeline of projects as "stable" and noted signs of improvement in discretionary demand, with new demand across segments and geographies including cost optimization and transformation deals. The company booked USD 40 billion of total contract value for FY26, with the rate of conversion of new contracts into revenues also increasing.
The combined market valuation of eight of the top-10 most valued firms surged by ₹4,13,003.23 crore last week, with HDFC Bank and ICICI Bank emerging as the biggest gainers. As per ETMarkets, HDFC Bank added ₹91,282.67 crore to reach a market valuation of ₹12,47,478.57 crore, while ICICI Bank jumped ₹76,036.36 crore to ₹9,46,741.85 crore. Bajaj Finance surged by ₹60,980.35 crore to ₹5,75,206.47 crore, and Larsen & Toubro zoomed by ₹47,624.97 crore to ₹5,44,736.59 crore. The market valuation of TCS edged higher by ₹26,303.49 crore to ₹9,13,331.92 crore.

According to The Hindu BusinessLine, HDFC Bank and ICICI Bank will both release their audited standalone and consolidated earnings on April 18, with both boards expected to consider dividend recommendations for FY26. YES Bank will also report on the same day.

As reported by Upstox, last week saw IT bellwether Tata Consultancy Services record a 12.22% surge in consolidated profit after tax to ₹13,718 crore in the March quarter of FY26, compared to ₹12,224 crore in the same period of the previous fiscal year. The company's consolidated revenue from operations advanced 9.64% to ₹70,698 crore in Q4 FY26, compared to ₹64,479 crore a year back. Quarter-on-quarter, post-tax profit rose 28.72%, while the company's Board recommended a final dividend of ₹31 per share.
