Gujarat Pipavav Port Limited is an India-based company operating an all-weather port on the Southwest coast of Gujarat. The port handles containers, dry bulk, liquid, and RORO vessels, providing services such as marine operations, material handling, and storage. It has a container handling capacity of 1.35 Million TEUs, bulk cargo capacity of 4-5 Million MT per annum, and liquid cargo capacity of 2 Million MT per annum. The company was incorporated in 1992 and commenced cargo-handling operations in 1996. It has a 30-year concession agreement with the Gujarat Maritime Board and the Government of Gujarat. The port has undergone several expansions and upgrades, including the addition of rail connectivity, cranes, and storage facilities. In 2023, the company commissioned a 1000 KWp rooftop solar plant.
