Eicher Motors Q4FY26: 16% revenue growth, margin expansion, 5% share rally
Company insights, generated from the most recent coverage.
Citi prefers Eicher due to Royal Enfield's sub-350cc segment strength (15% growth) acting as a volume anchor, outweighing declines in premium >350cc models.
Royal Enfield sub-350cc segment grew 15% while above-350cc declined 13% in Aug 2026. Shift toward lower-priced mass-premium models creates near-term margin pressure (est. 500-800 bps) and 3-5% ASP decline despite volume growth.
Q1 FY27 revenue surged 32% YoY to ₹6,632 Cr with PAT up 21% to ₹1,463 Cr, driven by Royal Enfield unit sales growth of 27.4%.
