The solution is built on SAP's Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP) and designed using a modern cloud-native architecture. As reported by the regulatory filing, Wipro STO360™ provides an end-to-end solution that enables real-time visibility into critical activities, improved collaboration across teams, and more informed decision-making throughout the STO lifecycle. The platform is specifically designed to help organizations enhance asset reliability, improve operational efficiency, strengthen compliance, and reduce risk across maintenance programs.
According to the regulatory filing, Wipro STO360™ is positioned to serve asset-intensive organizations across multiple sectors including oil and gas, chemicals, mining, manufacturing, and utilities. Vinay Firake, CEO of APMEA (Asia Pacific, India, Middle East, and Africa), Wipro, stated that asset-heavy industries need to embrace AI-led transformation quickly and at scale due to increasing complexity, regulatory expectations, and the need for operational excellence.
