In July 2026, the company received ₹50 crore from homebuyers. Additionally, the company plans to develop three integrated townships spanning about 465 acres - Suraksha-City of the Ganges (256 acres), Suraksha Enterprise City (85 acres), and Suraksha Yamuna Smart City (124 acres). In its final resolution plan, Suraksha Group offered bankers more than 2,500 acres of land and nearly ₹1,300 crore by issuing non-convertible debentures. It also proposed to complete all stalled projects over the next four years. Jaypee Infratech CEO Abhijit Gohil confirmed that two of the planned townships will be residential, while one will be industrial. The largest township will span 256 acres, while the other two will cover 124 acres and 85 acres, respectively. The three townships are expected to be launched during the current and next financial year.
