The counter hit a high of ₹341 and a low of ₹323.95 during the trading session, with the stock currently frozen at its lower circuit of 5% from the listing price. According to HDFC SKY, the stock recorded no premium or discount at the time of listing as it opened at the upper end of the price band.
The company's IPO was subscribed 2.53 times with a price band fixed at ₹324 to ₹341 per share. The issue was open for subscription from September 15 to 17, 2026, with allotment finalized on September 18. As reported by HDFC SKY, the IPO comprised a fresh issue of 14.53 lakh equity shares with a face value of ₹10 each, raising ₹49.54 crore with no offer-for-sale component. The net public offer stood at 13.80 lakh shares after setting aside 72,800 shares for the market maker. The retail portion was subscribed 2.80 times, while the NII category received 1.56 times subscription and the QIB portion was subscribed 1 time.
According to Business Standard, the company plans to utilize the IPO proceeds strategically across multiple areas. ₹1.36 crore will be allocated for capital expenditure towards construction of a shed, ₹7.25 crore for purchasing machinery, and ₹26.50 crore to meet working capital requirements. The remaining proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, with the exact amount to be finalized based on the offer price.
Vama Wovenfab is an ISO 9001:2015-certified company engaged in manufacturing and selling polypropylene (PP) and high-density polyethylene (HDPE) woven sack bags and fabric-based products. As reported by Business Standard, the company's portfolio includes HDPE trampoline and coloured woven fabric sheets and loop-handle bags. The company operates a manufacturing unit in Nani Daman, Daman, which commenced production in 2013, and had 94 permanent employees as of 30 April 2026.

Profit before tax rose 72% to ₹15.33 crore, while profit after tax increased 68.9% to ₹11.55 crore. The company maintains sales presence across three states and one union territory as of FY2026.
