For S-HNI investors, the minimum investment ranges from ₹2,72,800 to ₹9,54,800 depending on the lot size, while B-HNI investors can invest from ₹10,91,200 to ₹10,91,200. The company has 100% promoter holding pre-issue, which will reduce to 72% post-issue. Applications are made through a broker's app or bank's net banking using ASBA, or by UPI mandate between September 15-17, 2026. Allotment is expected to be finalized on Friday, September 18, 2026, with refunds and demat credit on September 21, 2026, and listing on September 22, 2026.
