
Shares of Indo MIM surged over 10% to ₹878.75 on the BSE on Thursday, extending their remarkable performance since the company's market debut. According to reports from The Economic Times, the stock has now delivered 82% gains over the issue price since its listing, demonstrating exceptional investor confidence in the precision engineering components manufacturer.
The company made a strong stock market debut on July 30, listing at a 44.95% premium to its IPO price. As reported by The Economic Times, the stock opened at ₹703 on the BSE and ₹700 on the NSE, compared with its issue price of ₹485. The IPO, which was open for subscription between July 23 and July 27, witnessed exceptional investor participation with an overall subscription of 98.47 times.
Indo MIM delivered strong financial performance in FY26, with total income rising 28.1% year-on-year to ₹4,320.70 crore, compared with ₹3,373.97 crore in FY25. According to reports from The Economic Times, profit after tax (PAT) increased 25.9% to ₹533.54 crore, up from ₹423.73 crore in the previous financial year. The company's operational efficiency is reflected in its cost structure, with interest expenses accounting for 3.98% of operating revenues and employee costs comprising 21.44% of total expenses in the year ending March 31, 2026.
The ₹3,811.21 crore public issue was priced at ₹485 per share and comprised a fresh issue of ₹499.10 crore along with an offer for sale (OFS) of ₹3,311.21 crore. As reported by The Economic Times, before the IPO, the company also secured ₹1,140.99 crore from anchor investors.
