The grey market premium (GMP) for Bonfiglioli Transmissions India stood at ₹66 or 11% in the latest updates from Business Standard, indicating expectations of a modest listing gain that were not realized in the actual listing. There is no fresh issue component, so the company will not receive any proceeds from the offering, with all proceeds going to existing shareholders selling their stakes.
