Maharashtra Oil Extractions formally lodged its standard Mainboard DRHP on September 21, 2026, with the company incorporated in 1995 and engaged in processing, manufacturing, marketing and sale of soybean value chain products including crude and refined edible oil, plant-based protein supplements, soya meal, soya flour and textured soya protein, besides lecithin and other speciality and industrial chemicals.
Among the companies making their IPO details public, Maharashtra Oil Extractions has proposed a fresh issue of up to ₹370 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of up to 2.14 crore equity shares by promoters. As reported by Moneycontrol, the company plans to deploy proceeds toward expansion, working capital requirements, debt repayment and general corporate purposes. Jagatjit Agri Engineering has proposed a fresh issue of up to ₹300 crore and an OFS of up to 31 lakh equity shares by promoter Jagatjit Singh, with the Ludhiana-based company incorporated in 2020 manufacturing agricultural implements and providing end-to-end crop solutions. Spinny has proposed a fresh issue of ₹2,500-3,000 crore with a marquee VC secondary OFS, with the issue being managed by Kotak Mahindra, Citigroup, Morgan Stanley, and 360 ONE as book-running lead managers.
Jai Parvati Forge has proposed an IPO comprising a fresh issue of up to ₹300 crore and an OFS of up to 90 lakh equity shares by promoter Suman Chauhan. According to the draft red herring prospectus, the Mohali-based company, incorporated in 2004, manufactures forged and machined components including bull gears, transmission gears and shafts, and precision-machined parts. Koolking Industries India has proposed a fresh issue of up to ₹300 crore and an OFS of up to 30.50 lakh equity shares by promoters. Incorporated in 2008, the Punjab-based company manufactures and supplies heating, ventilation and air-conditioning (HVAC) components in India, accounting for around 15 per cent of the total addressable market as of FY26, according to a CARE report cited in the DRHP. SG Encon's IPO involves a fresh issue of up to 71.90 lakh equity shares and an OFS of up to 13.71 lakh equity shares by promoters Rajiv Gandhi and Pankaj Setia, with the total offer size comprising up to 85.62 lakh equity shares.
Mount Everest Breweries has filed its preliminary papers for an IPO comprising a fresh issue of up to 1.15 crore equity shares. According to the Technopak report cited in the draft red herring prospectus, the Indore-based company, incorporated in 1999, is a beer brewing player in Madhya Pradesh and had a market share of nearly 36.3 per cent in terms of volume production in FY26, with presence across 16 states and three Union Territories. Sai Infinium Ltd, formerly known as Sai Bandhan Infinium Ltd, has filed its draft prospectus for an IPO comprising a fresh issue of equity shares aggregating up to ₹280 crore and an OFS of up to 1.20 crore equity shares by promoter Ishu Bansal. Ultravibrant Integrated Energy Ltd, formerly known as Ultravaibrant Solar Energy Ltd, has filed its draft papers for an IPO comprising a fresh issue of up to 1.20 crore equity shares and an OFS of up to 25 lakh equity shares by promoter Rajeshwar Singh.
