The company has fixed the price band at ₹93 to ₹99 per share, with a lot size of 1,200 shares. As reported by The Economic Times, at the upper price band, retail investors need to apply for a minimum of 2 lots, or 2,400 shares, requiring an investment of ₹2,37,600. The minimum application for HNI investors is 3 lots, or 3,600 shares, amounting to ₹3,56,400. Fedex Securities Pvt. Ltd. serves as the book-running lead manager, while Bigshare Services Pvt. Ltd. is the registrar to the issue.
