Latest data confirms the issue is now ₹341.8 crore in size, with the IPO consisting of a fresh issue of ₹257 crore and an offer-for-sale of ₹84.8 crore by promoters.
Dhoot Transmission will launch the largest mainboard IPO of the week on August 10, targeting to raise ₹3,067 crore through a combination of a ₹1,400 crore fresh issue and an offer-for-sale worth ₹1,666.89 crore by promoters Mangalam Capital Pvt Ltd and BC Asia Investments XV Ltd. The company has set a price band of ₹829-871 per share for its IPO, which will remain open from August 10-12. Milky Mist Dairy Food will open its maiden public issue on August 11 with a ₹1,553 crore issue, where the fresh issue accounts for ₹1,428 crore and the OFS is worth ₹125 crore. The price band has been fixed at ₹133-140 per share with a minimum lot of 107 shares, requiring retail investment of ₹14,980 at the upper end. Shiprocket will open on August 12 with a ₹1,617.48 crore IPO priced at ₹92-97 per share, while Behari Lal Engineering will open on the same day with a ₹301.62 crore issue at ₹271-285 per share.
Ardee Industries is currently trading at a grey market premium (GMP) of ₹6.75, indicating an estimated listing price of ₹59.75 compared to the issue price of ₹53, translating to an estimated profit of ₹1,896 per lot of 281 shares. Technocraft Ventures is showing a GMP of ₹1,155 per lot of 70 shares, suggesting a potential listing price around ₹228.50 versus the issue price of ₹212. Pramodini Medicare will open on August 12 and close on August 14 with a ₹69.04 crore IPO at ₹110-118 per share and list on NSE SME. Anawil Wire & Engineering will debut on August 10 as the first SME issue, followed by Aegeus Technologies on August 11, LAPL Automotive on August 13, Optimystix Entertainment on August 14, and LEAP India and Technocraft Ventures on August 14.
