According to ET Now, Horizon Industrial Parks leads the fundraising efforts with a ₹2,600 crore IPO that will kick off the week on August 17, followed by Lalithaa Jewellery Mart's ₹1,700 crore issue on the same day. Shankesh Jewellers and Sunshine Pictures will open their IPOs on August 18, worth ₹367 crore and ₹282 crore respectively. Gaja Alternative Asset Management's ₹550 crore IPO will launch on August 19, while Tempsens Instruments' ₹95 crore fresh issue will open on August 20. Augmont Enterprises' ₹825 crore IPO will launch on August 21, and Skyways Air Services is scheduled to launch its ₹583 crore IPO on August 24, keeping the primary market pipeline active beyond the coming week. Horizon Industrial Parks' ₹2,600 crore issue comprises entirely a fresh issue with a price band of ₹57-60 per share, while Lalithaa Jewellery Mart has fixed a price band of ₹190-201 per share with its ₹1,700 crore issue comprising a fresh issue of up to ₹1,200 crore and an OFS of up to ₹500 crore. Lalithaa Jewellery Mart performed considerably better, achieving 0.34 times overall subscription by the same time. Retail investors drove the bulk of demand at 0.50 times subscription, and the non-institutional investor category also showed healthy early traction at 0.38 times, though the QIB (ex-anchor) portion remained unsubscribed. Grey market activity is favoring Lalithaa Jewellery Mart over Horizon Industrial Parks, with the Lalithaa Jewellery Mart IPO GMP standing at ₹34 as of 12:37 PM, up from earlier levels, pointing to an estimated listing price of ₹235 against the upper price band of ₹201 with an expected listing gain of nearly 16.92%. Tempsens Instruments' ₹95 crore fresh issue will open on August 20 along with an OFS of 1.85 crore shares. With these additions, the number of companies launching IPOs in 2026 is expected to reach 55, industry data showed.
