Suzlon Energy shareholders approved all resolutions at the company's 31st Annual General Meeting held last Friday. According to reports from Live Mint, at this AGM, shareholders adopted the Financial Statements for FY2025-26, re-appointed Vinod R Tanti as Director, and approved the remuneration of the Cost Auditors for FY26. Market experts interpret this adoption as signaling the continuation of smooth corporate governance with no change in the company's fundamentals.
Stock market experts have identified key technical levels for Suzlon shares following the AGM resolution adoption. As reported by Live Mint, Mahesh M Ojha, VP — Research & Business Development at KC Securities, expects a turnaround in Suzlon shares with a strong base placed at ₹38 to ₹40. The stock is currently facing resistance at ₹46, and once it breaks above this hurdle decisively, the price may reach ₹54. Ojha advises Suzlon shareholders to hold the stock with a stop-loss below ₹41.80 for the near-term target of ₹54.
According to Live Mint reports, amid soaring crude oil prices, the market is expecting a spike in the order book of renewable energy companies. This expectation was recently validated when Suzlon announced on September 8, 2026, that it has secured a maiden 200 megawatt (MW) wind energy order from Ayana Renewable Power Ltd. Anuj Gupta, a SEBI-registered market expert, noted that the adoption of financial statements and re-appointment of Vinod R Tanti as Director signals continuation of smooth corporate governance and strong fundamentals.
Suzlon's share price performance shows mixed results across different timeframes. As reported by Live Mint, in the last six months, Suzlon's share price has risen by around 8.50%, but in the year-to-date period, it has delivered zero returns, logging an over 15% dip. Over the past year, Suzlon's share price has fallen by over 23%, though over the last five years, it has delivered a multibagger return, rallying over 650%.
