
The Indian equity benchmarks have staged a strong bounce back from 52-week lows touched on April 2, 2026, with the SENSEX advancing as much as 9% and the NIFTY50 index surging 9.5% from their respective lows. According to latest reports, the SENSEX has advanced as much as 9% from its 52-week low of 71,545.81 and the NIFTY50 index has surged a whopping 9.5% from its 52-week low of 22,182.55. The surge in benchmarks has come on the back of expectations of strong earnings from the ongoing June quarter results season, with companies reporting quarterly numbers either meeting or surpassing estimates. Recent market developments show benchmark indices trading flat during afternoon sessions on Wednesday, July 15, with the SENSEX advancing as much as 0.69% to an intraday high of 77,646.27 and the NIFTY50 touching the session's peak of 24,220.35.
HFCL shares have surged 275% to ₹225 from its 52-week low of ₹59.82 touched on January 27, 2026, making it the standout performer among NIFTY500 multibaggers. The company last week announced securing an export order worth $51.98 million for optical fiber cable based data centre connectivity solutions, through its overseas wholly owned material subsidiary, from a renowned international customer. Last month, HFCL said it was awarded a contract worth ₹2,666.09 crore by Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL), with the scope including supply of telecom equipment and related accessories with installation and commissioning, creation of optical fiber cable telecom network and maintenance of the project for a period of 10 years, including a 1-year warranty period. HFCL reported its highest-ever annual and quarterly performance with revenue jumping to ₹1,824 crore in Q4 from ₹800 crore in the same period last year, marking a 128% increase.
Groww shares advanced as much as 7.77% to hit an intraday high of ₹219.62 per equity share on the NSE, as it reported a 94.28% increase in consolidated profit after tax at ₹735 crore in the June quarter of FY2026-27. The company earlier had a post-tax profit of ₹378.35 crore in the April-June quarter a year ago, according to exchange filings. Sequentially, net profit rose 7.09% while revenue from operations was up 66% to ₹1,501 crore in the June quarter, compared to ₹904 crore in the corresponding quarter a year ago. The strong performance reflects the company's continued growth trajectory in the digital wealth management sector.
Ather Energy shares have surged 284% to ₹1,264.65 from its 52-week low of ₹329.20 touched on July 28, 2025, as investors focused on Hero MotoCorp's ₹1,000 crore investment plan and upcoming new affordable scooter launch. Hero MotoCorp directors on July 14 approved the additional investment, and in exchange, Ather Energy will issue equity shares or other eligible convertible securities on a preferential basis subject to necessary regulatory approvals. In a separate filing, Ather Energy announced that the EV maker is set to launch its new scooter based on the newly developed EL platform as the company plans to enter the affordable market. The upcoming new 'mass-market' scooter will cost in the range of ₹1 lakh to ₹1.25 lakh, as the company plans to expand its market share in the Indian two-wheeler EV market.
BHEL shares have climbed 112% to ₹435 from its 52-week low of ₹205 touched on August 29, 2025, following strong quarterly results. BHEL reported a consolidated net profit of ₹376.71 crore during the quarter under review, compared with a loss of ₹455.50 crore in Q1 FY26, with revenue from operations jumping 40.29% year-on-year to ₹7,698 crore. The company's power segment revenue reached ₹5,919.50 crore, reflecting a 51.82% YoY increase. Kirloskar Oil Engines shares have surged 180% to ₹2,394.9 from 52-week low of ₹855.80, after securing a 192 MW power systems order for large-scale data centres from HyperNext. Vodafone Idea shares have surged 127% to ₹13.88 following government relief, with the Union Cabinet approving a major relief package that slashed AGR liability by about 27% to ₹64,046 crore and granted a five-year moratorium on payments. Other notable performers include Aditya Infotech, Cemindia Projects, Acutaas Chemicals, Netweb Technologies, Welspun Corp, Schneider Electric Infrastructure, and Adani Energy Solutions, among others that have surged over 100% from their respective 52-week lows.
