As reported by Mint, candidates must possess Masters or MBA degree in Finance, Human Resource, Industrial Relations, or similar subjects, or be LL.B enrolled with Bar Council/Bar Association with relevant experience in law research or handling service matters in Tribunals/Courts. The notice emphasizes that knowledge and experience in Excel/spreadsheets and preparing presentations is mandatory for all consultant categories. Candidates with experience in handling matters related to pay structures, compensation packages, or establishment matters will receive preference during selection.
According to the commission's notice, full-time consultants will receive ₹1,80,000 per month, while part-time consultants working 12 days monthly will earn ₹90,000, and those working 6 days monthly will receive ₹45,000. Selected candidates must provide integrity certificates from at least two references and a self-undertaking attesting to no prior criminal record or pending litigation.
