As reported by Mint, Senior Consultant positions (over 10 years experience, 45 years age limit) offer ₹1.8 lakh monthly salary for full-time roles, while Consultant positions (over 6 years experience, 40 years age limit) provide ₹1.2 lakh monthly salary. Young Professional Consultant roles (over 4 years experience, 32 years age limit) offer ₹90,000 monthly salary for full-time positions. Part-time options include ₹90,000 monthly for Senior Consultants, ₹60,000 monthly for regular Consultants, and ₹45,000 monthly for Young Professional Consultants.
According to the commission's notice reported by Mint, candidates must possess Masters or MBA degrees in Finance, Human Resource, Industrial Relations, or similar subjects, or be LL.B enrolled with Bar Council with relevant experience in law research or service matters. All consultant categories require knowledge of Excel, spreadsheets, and presentation preparation. The commission will give preference to candidates who have handled matters related to pay structures, compensation packages, or establishment issues.
