According to reports from ANI, PM Modi stated that India maintained a growth rate of 7.7% to emerge as the world's fastest-growing major economy. He emphasized that this achievement reflects India's inherent strength and demonstrates the nation's enthusiasm to scale new heights. As reported by The Times of India, PM Modi called this economic performance a sign of resilience, stating that the growth rate reflected the country's determination to keep moving forward despite global uncertainty. Speaking ahead of Parliament's Monsoon Session, PM Modi noted that "be it the monsoon or the Monsoon Session - if both are proactive, they prove to be highly productive. And when both are productive, it leads to the welfare of the nation and the well-being of all living beings."

The Prime Minister explained that numerous obstacles and crises arose regarding petrol, diesel, LPG, fertilisers, and chemicals. He noted that the entire world is concerned about the persistent threat of war in various regions, with India being particularly vulnerable due to its reliance on external sources for energy requirements. According to The Times of India, PM Modi highlighted that the conflict created major challenges for India because of its dependence on imported energy, fertilisers and chemicals, yet the country managed to maintain its impressive growth trajectory. Speaking ahead of Parliament, PM Modi emphasized that "despite this, India maintained a growth rate of 7.7 per cent, emerging as the fastest-growing major economy in the world." He stressed that "We are well aware, and the entire world is concerned about the persistent threat of war in various regions. The conflict in West Asia posed a major crisis for countries like India that rely on others for energy."
PM Modi praised the young team behind Skyroot Aerospace's successful Vikram-1 launch, highlighting their age and international achievements. As reported by The Times of India, PM Modi noted that the team behind the mission had an average age of 28 years, demonstrating India's potential for technological advancement. The Prime Minister emphasized that "India's youth have embarked on a new journey into space. I was told that the average age of the entire team working at the 'Skyroot' startup is merely 28 years. Young people like these have accomplished this feat." He further stated that "India's global profile is gaining universal recognition and acceptance. This is no coincidence; it is a message, a powerful message that the potential and aspirations of our country's youth are as boundless as space itself." PM Modi also highlighted recent achievements including Rajasthan's new oil refinery, India's third semiconductor plant, and the country's green hydrogen-powered train as examples of India's expanding industrial and technological capabilities.
