
Ratnaveer Precision Engineering shares advanced 1.27% to ₹163 following the company's board approval of a major fundraising initiative. The board has approved a proposal to raise up to ₹330 crore through a rights issue, marking a significant step in the company's capital expansion plans. As per Business Standard, the company will issue fully paid equity shares having a face value of ₹10.00 each to eligible equity shareholders on a right basis, with the pre-issue equity capital comprising 7,14,26,681 equity shares of ₹10 each.
The company will explore raising funds through issuance of equity shares or other securities through appropriate modes including rights issue, preferential issue, and other permitted methods under applicable regulations. Ratnaveer Precision Engineering is engaged in exporting stainless-steel washers and precision fasteners, having built a diversified product portfolio spanning washers, fasteners, tubes & pipes, finishing sheets, and sheet metal components. The company has indicated that key details of the rights issue including issue price, number of equity shares offered, and rights entitlement ratio, shall be disclosed in the final Letter of Offer.
According to Business Standard reports, the company demonstrated robust financial performance in Q4 FY26 with consolidated net profit jumping 59.01% to ₹17.03 crore compared with ₹10.71 crore in Q4 FY25. Revenue from operations showed strong growth of 22.58% year-on-year to ₹248.96 crore in Q4 FY26, reflecting the company's operational efficiency and market demand for its precision engineering products.
