Organic Recycling Systems Limited (ORSL) has secured a significant ₹92.41 crore contract from BPCL for an EPCOM (Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Operations & Maintenance) project in Kerala. According to the latest reports, this award represents ORSL's third EPCOM win from BPCL within a single week, following previous project awards in Mysuru, Karnataka (₹85.56 crore) and Raipur, Chhattisgarh (₹81.74 crore) on September 03 and September 04, 2026, respectively. The three contracts collectively bring ORSL's cumulative order intake from BPCL to ₹259.71 crore (~US$27.48 million) across three states, adding 15 cumulative plant-years of contracted O&M revenue visibility to its business model.
The rapid acquisition of these projects reflects BPCL's trust in ORSL's engineering bandwidth and operational reliability. Combined with its renewed O&M contract for Indian Oil Corporation Limited's (IOCL) Gorakhpur plant, ORSL has fortified its strategic positioning with India's leading public sector oil marketing companies. As reported by ORSL, CEO Pankaj Tanwar noted that securing three consecutive EPCOM contracts within a single week validates the company's execution capabilities and transitions its operational profile from a traditional project builder to a long-term operating partner within India's circular bioenergy landscape. The company operates as an integrated CleanTech platform specializing in waste processing, CBG production, and long-term facility operations using its proprietary, patented DRYAD anaerobic digestion technology.
Shares of Organic Recycling Systems Limited were trading at ₹179.95 on BSE as compared to the previous close of ₹169.10, reflecting positive market sentiment following the project announcements. The stock hit an intraday high of ₹191.00 and intraday low of ₹176.00, with a total turnover of ₹261.17 lakh during the trading session. The company, founded in 2008 and listed on the BSE SME platform (Scrip Code: 543997), has demonstrated strong operational capabilities in securing multiple major projects within a short timeframe, positioning itself well for sustained growth in the circular bioenergy sector.
