The company achieved an all-time high retail consumption of ₹16,578 crore in financial year 2026, representing a 21% increase from the previous year. As reported by CNBC TV18, fourth quarter consumption surged by 31% to ₹4,251 crore compared to the same period last year. The company recorded double-digit consumption growth across its entire portfolio for the financial year, demonstrating strong retail performance across all operational malls.
Within its commercial segment, Phoenix Mills added 2.8 million square feet of Grade A offices across Bengaluru, Chennai and Pune in financial year 2026. According to the company's update, its total portfolio size reached 4.8 million square feet, with the portfolio leased occupancy at 70% as of March 2026. This expansion demonstrates the company's continued growth in the commercial real estate sector and positions it well for future leasing opportunities.
Under its hotels business, the St. Regis in Mumbai delivered revenue per average room growth of 6% in the fourth quarter and 7% for the entire fiscal year. As reported by CNBC TV18, the hotel maintained sustained occupancy at 86% throughout FY26. In the residential segment, Phoenix Mills reported gross sales of ₹471 crore in FY26, significantly higher than ₹212 crore in the previous year, reflecting strong demand for residential properties across the company's portfolio.
