The substantial improvement in profitability demonstrates the company's enhanced operational efficiency and business model effectiveness during the quarter, with earnings per share (EPS) rising dramatically to ₹29.31 from ₹5.74 in the same period last year.
Revenue from operations increased 13.63% to ₹11,230.40 lakh compared to ₹9,883.19 lakh in the same period last year, with total income reaching ₹11,439.28 lakh versus ₹10,089.85 lakh previously. As reported in the company's unaudited results, the Textile Division emerged as the primary growth driver, contributing ₹9,295.71 lakh to total revenue, followed by the Engineering Division at ₹1,684.73 lakh and the Agency Division at ₹458.84 lakh. The Textile Division also led profitability with ₹1,209.95 lakh in profit before tax and interest, while the Engineering Division contributed ₹48.10 lakh and the Agency Division ₹197.21 lakh. Total expenses increased to ₹10,346.45 lakh from ₹9,864.17 lakh in the previous year, reflecting the company's expansion activities.
