
According to reports from Business Standard, Om Infra reported a significant decline in profitability for the quarter ended March 2026. The company's consolidated net profit fell 56.32% to ₹6.46 crore compared to ₹14.79 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. Sales revenue also declined during the quarter, dropping 6.89% to ₹160.10 crore from ₹171.94 crore in Q4 FY2025. The company's operating profit margin (OPM) improved to 9.83% from 9.47% in the previous year, indicating better cost management despite the revenue decline.
For the full financial year ended March 2026, Om Infra faced substantial challenges across key financial metrics. Annual net profit declined 42.73% to ₹20.56 crore compared to ₹35.90 crore in FY2025. The company's annual sales revenue dropped 29.83% to ₹500.06 crore from ₹712.66 crore in the previous financial year. Despite the significant revenue decline, the company's PBDT (Profit Before Depreciation and Tax) improved to ₹26.96 crore from ₹28.30 crore, while PBT (Profit Before Tax) increased to ₹22.13 crore from ₹28.41 crore in the previous year.
As reported by Business Standard, the company's quarterly performance showed mixed results beyond the headline numbers. PBDT for Q4 FY2026 was ₹16.12 crore compared to ₹4.93 crore in Q4 FY2025, representing a significant improvement. However, PBT declined 22% to ₹14.76 crore from ₹28.41 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. The company's LP (Loss Provision) increased to ₹26.96 crore from ₹34.03 crore in Q4 FY2025, indicating higher provisioning requirements during the quarter.
