Olectra Greentech delivered exceptional fourth-quarter results with consolidated net profit rising 164.38% to ₹55.52 crore from ₹21.00 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. According to the latest financial results reported by Business Standard, the company's revenue from operations rose 43.62% year-on-year to ₹644.72 crore compared with ₹448.92 crore a year ago. The strong performance was driven by robust growth across both mobility and energy business segments, with profit before tax (PBT) soaring 172.85% to ₹79.81 crore during the quarter. For the full financial year FY26, the company's consolidated net profit climbed 27.8% to ₹177.49 crore on a 28.3% rise in revenue from operations to ₹2,312.16 crore.
The company's profitability metrics showed significant improvement with EBITDA climbing 76.3% to ₹99.6 crore from ₹56.5 crore, while EBITDA margin improved to 15.5% from 12.6% in the year-ago period. As reported by CNBC TV18, this margin expansion demonstrates the company's operational efficiency gains and ability to scale profitably with revenue growth. Total expenses climbed 35.559% to ₹571.47 crore in Q4 FY26, compared with ₹421.48 crore in Q4 FY25, with cost of material consumed at ₹464.84 crore (up 39.93% YoY) and power & fuel expenses at ₹8.86 crore (up 200.34% YoY). However, employee benefit expenses declined 14.01% YoY to ₹22.78 crore and finance costs decreased 21.54% YoY to ₹15.37 crore.
The company achieved significant operational milestones with delivering 1,280 electric vehicles during FY26, representing a 32% increase compared with 972 units in FY25. According to Business Standard, this substantial growth in vehicle deliveries demonstrates the company's expanding market presence and operational scale. The Board of Directors recommended a final dividend of ₹0.60 per equity share of face value ₹4 each for FY26, subject to shareholder approval at the annual general meeting. If approved, the dividend will be paid within 30 days from the conclusion of the company's Annual General Meeting.
