The company revealed that the revised name will be Thriveni Lloyds Swarnagiri, effective from 1 September 2026. As confirmed by Business Upturn, the change was officially sanctioned by the Registrar of Companies, with the strategic unit previously known as 'Geomysore Services India Pvt Ltd' being renamed to 'Thriveni Lloyds Swarnagiri Private Limited'. The Central Processing Centre of the Registrar of Companies, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, signed and issued a fresh Certificate of Incorporation on 1 September 2026 bearing CIN U74899MH1994PTC474865 for the renamed entity.

Lloyds Enterprises emphasized that the company has an established track record of projects across India and Internationally, in Metals & Mining.
