Digital lender Kissht has achieved a significant milestone with its assets under management crossing ₹10,000 crore, as announced by OnEMI Technology Solutions Limited on November 4, 2026. The Mumbai-based lender operates through OnEMI Technology Solutions Ltd. and focuses on mass-market and mass-affluent borrowers through a fully digital platform. The company utilizes its own AI-based underwriting models and technology-driven collections, supported by a growing network of lending and co-lending partners.
This milestone comes just one month after Kissht raised ₹832.2 crore through a preferential issue in October 2026. As reported, personal loans continue to form the majority of the company's loan book, while the loan against property portfolio is experiencing steady growth. This expansion in secured lending is diversifying the product mix and contributing to the company's overall growth trajectory. The company's proprietary AI-led underwriting models utilize over 7,200 variables to assess creditworthiness, with the Loan Against Property segment showing particular strength in expanding the secured lending franchise.
The platform has served more than 12.80 million cumulative customers since its inception in 2016, demonstrating the scale of its digital lending operations. Kissht's network includes 45+ lending and co-lending partners, which has enabled it to scale credit offerings across India's mass-market and mass-affluent segments. This extensive partnership network has been instrumental in the company's ability to expand its geographical reach and product portfolio while maintaining disciplined underwriting standards.
Ranvir Singh, Chairman and CEO of Kissht, emphasized that this growth is built on the company's founding principles of disciplined underwriting, robust collections, and a scalable technology-led platform. According to Singh's statement, the company plans to scale up secured products such as loan against property and expand its lending partnerships. Krishnan Vishwanathan, CFO, highlighted that the fresh capital strengthens the company's balance sheet and provides additional room for growth, with expectations of lower borrowing costs, improving operating leverage, and better credit quality supporting high and profitable growth. The CFO noted a clear path towards reduced cost of borrowings, improving operational leverage, and continual credit quality improvement.
