
Interarch Building Solutions Ltd. commenced Phase I operations at its new Kheda, Gujarat manufacturing facility, adding 20,000 MT annual capacity with Phase II set to double it. According to the latest exchange filing, Phase I was inaugurated on July 9, 2026, adding 20,000 MT per annum of manufacturing capacity with an investment of ₹60 crore. The facility spans 12 acres and has an annual installed capacity of 40,000 MT. The company stated that the plant is expected to deliver superior quality goods within a short span of time. The facility was inaugurated today, reinforcing the company's commitment to the industrial growth of the country.
Shares of Interarch Building Solutions Ltd. rose 2.5% in intraday trade on Friday, July 10, 2026, after the company announced the new manufacturing facility. As per latest market data, the stock opened at ₹1,804.95 against its previous close of ₹1,804.90 and climbed to an intraday high of ₹1,850.65. This marks the second consecutive session of gains for the stock. The stock has gained 10% over the last one month compared to a 5% rise in the benchmark Sensex, as reported by Mint. The combined investment for both Phase I and Phase II will be approximately ₹70 crore.
