With the completion of this acquisition, Excel Controlinkage has officially become a wholly owned subsidiary of Greaves Cotton. As reported by ETManufacturing, Greaves Cotton will continue to leverage Excel Controlinkage's capabilities, product portfolio and customer relationships across its Energy, Mobility and Industrial Solutions businesses under Greaves.Next. Excel Controlinkage, incorporated in 1994, develops mechanical and electronic motion control systems, including push-pull cables, mechanical levers and linkages, and electronic throttle levers. According to ETManufacturing, the company also operates an integrated manufacturing facility for heavy-duty push-pull cables, including inner and outer conduits and end fittings. Its products serve the commercial vehicle, construction equipment, agriculture, material handling, marine and special-purpose vehicle segments, as well as the aftermarket.
