Almondz Global Securities delivered exceptional financial performance in the quarter ended June 2026, with consolidated net profit rising 81% to ₹12.55 crore compared to ₹6.93 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. According to the company's unaudited financial results approved by the Board of Directors on July 28, 2026, this represents a significant improvement in the company's bottom-line performance during the first quarter of fiscal 2027.
The company's consolidated revenue increased 39.5% to ₹44.96 crore in Q1 FY27, up from ₹32.28 crore in the same quarter of the previous financial year. As reported by the company, this substantial revenue growth demonstrates the company's strong operational performance and market expansion during the quarter. The Financial Services segment generated revenue of ₹15.97 crore with a profit of ₹6.49 crore in Q1FY27, while the Infrastructure Advisory segment recorded revenue of ₹28.53 crore with profit of ₹2.49 crore.
The Financial Services vertical, encompassing wealth advisory, broking, corporate advisory, and merchant banking, showed strong year-on-year growth with revenue at ₹17.17 crore compared to ₹9.20 crore in Q1FY26 and profit at ₹7.69 crore versus ₹2.52 crore. However, the segment experienced a sequential decline from the previous quarter's ₹20.80 crore revenue and ₹0.51 crore profit due to one-time significant capital profit from the sale of partial strategic investment in a subsidiary. The Infrastructure Advisory segment grew year-on-year with revenue rising to ₹28.53 crore from ₹22.43 crore and profit increasing to ₹2.49 crore from ₹1.88 crore, though it declined sequentially from Q4FY26's ₹51.39 crore revenue.
The company's Green Fuel Business operates through joint venture Premier Green Innovations Private Limited (PGIPL), in which Almondz holds a 40.99% equity stake. During Q1FY27, PGIPL reported total revenue of ₹179.33 crore and profit of ₹11.41 crore, compared to ₹179.35 crore revenue and ₹12.15 crore profit in Q4FY26. Year-on-year, PGIPL's revenue decreased slightly to ₹179.33 crore from ₹192.25 crore in Q1FY26, while profit increased to ₹11.41 crore from ₹10.55 crore. PGIPL has completed all construction, installation, and commissioning activities for its Odisha Plant, making it fully ready for commercial operations.
