The ₹170-crore IPO witnessed an overall subscription of 4.64 times.

Natco Pharma is conducting a rights issue of up to ₹1,279.36 crore, issuing up to 17,058,082 fully paid-up equity shares at ₹750 per share. The record date for identifying eligible shareholders is Thursday, October 1st, while the subscription period runs from October 12th to October 22nd. Under the rights entitlement ratio, eligible shareholders will receive two new shares on their existing 21 shares held in Natco Pharma.
