The dividend, equal to 800% of the share's ₹1 face value, will be paid on or before October 24, 2026. The board has fixed Thursday, October 1 as the record date to determine shareholder eligibility for the payout. As per the company's filing, investors must own the stock before the record date to become eligible for the payout, meaning they must purchase it by Wednesday, September 30 to qualify for the dividend. The company has disclosed that equity market investors will be eligible for the dividend issue up to one day ahead of the official record date, with eligible shareholders receiving ₹8 per share for every share they own in the company up to the record date.
