Groyyo, a business-to-business platform that uses artificial intelligence to help fashion brands design, source and manufacture apparel, has secured the first close of its Series B funding round, raising ₹90 crore. According to reports from Business Standard, the round was led by Cornerstone Ventures, with participation from some existing investors. The Gurugram-based startup said it will use the fresh capital to expand its factory network, strengthen its AI-powered design and trend forecasting platform, and deepen its presence across North America, Europe and the Middle East. This latest funding brings Groyyo's total fundraising to approximately $50 million to date, including its $27 million Series A funding round. The startup counts the likes of Tiger Global, Alpha Wave, Sparrow Capital and Stride Ventures among its backers.
Founded in 2021 by Pratik Tiwari, Subin Mitra, and Ridam Upadhyay (who quit last year), Groyyo operates an AI-powered supply-chain platform that connects fashion brands with manufacturers. As reported by Business Standard, its software manages the apparel production process from design to delivery while providing factories with tools to oversee production, inventory and operations. The company has expanded quickly by collaborating with market leaders in the US and the UK to achieve a revenue run rate of ₹500 crore for FY26 with category-leading PAT margins. According to the latest reports, Groyyo now claims to work with over 470 manufacturers and 45 international brands across 10 countries. The startup also offers software for factories to manage production, inventory, financing, compliance and day-to-day operations.
According to Business Standard, the company plans to use the proceeds to expand its manufacturing network, enhance its AI-powered design and trend-forecasting platform, and grow its presence in North America, Europe and the Middle East. Last year, Groyyo acquired a majority stake in New York-based online women's wear company Oussum Inc to strengthen its presence in the US B2B fashion retail market. The startup has set ambitious targets to achieve revenue of more than ₹3,000 crore over the next three years while continuing to improve net margins. As reported by Business Standard, co-founder Subin Mitra noted that this round lets the company go deeper into categories and geographies where brands are asking for more speed, transparency, and reliability. The next phase focuses on scaling what already works — the factory network, AI infrastructure, and ability to compress the distance between design and delivered product without losing partner trust.
Subin Mitra, co-founder of Groyyo, stated that fashion supply chains have run on relationships and spreadsheets for decades, as reported by Business Standard. "We set out to build the operating system that the industry actually needs," Mitra said. Vatsal Bavishi, Partner at Cornerstone Ventures, noted that global fashion supply chains are still one of the largest, most fragmented markets that technology hasn't fully touched. The funding comes as global fashion brands continue to diversify sourcing away from China and increasingly adopt technology-driven supply chain solutions to improve visibility, reduce lead times and optimise costs. Groyyo competes with apparel sourcing and manufacturing platforms such as Fashinza, Geniemode and ZYOD, while also overlapping with broader B2B supply chain players like OfBusiness. The company operates in a market that is valued at $120 billion across SME manufacturing in the apparel and textile segment.
