As per registered property documents, the transaction values the apartment at approximately ₹46,000 per sq ft based on the carpet area. The property was originally purchased by Salman Khan in 2015 for ₹2.88 crore, showing a price appreciation over the years. The latest sale generated a profit of approximately ₹62 lakh before factoring in taxes and other costs. The buyers paid about ₹46,000 per square foot for the celebrity hotspot property, reflecting the premium pricing in Bandra West's luxury residential market.
