Harmony Infra Ventures has announced a significant investment of ₹800 crore in a new luxury housing project called The Horizon Residences in Indirapuram, Ghaziabad. According to reports from The Economic Times, the company has acquired a 100% stake in the land-owning company and will develop the project as part of its expansion strategy in the Delhi-NCR region.
The luxury development will feature 264 units with apartments priced in the range of ₹6-7.5 crore. As reported by The Economic Times, the company is selling homes at ₹15,000 per sq ft, which Kandhari noted are lower than current market prices in the area. The project has already achieved 100 units sold since its launch, indicating strong early market response.
Harmony Infra Ventures expects to complete The Horizon Residences by 2030 and anticipates generating revenue of ₹1,600 crore from the project. According to Co-Founder & Executive Director HS Kandhari, the company is targeting buyers who are evaluating not just location and floor plans, but also the credibility of the project developer. The company was incorporated in 2024 and is primarily engaged in residential, commercial, healthcare, F&B and mixed-use projects across North India.
The investment comes amid positive market conditions in Delhi-NCR, where residential property sales grew 11% annually to 9,447 units during the January-March quarter, according to housing brokerage firm PropTiger. As reported by The Economic Times, Sailander Solanki, Founder & Chairman of Harmony Infra Ventures, noted that the Delhi-NCR market has matured, with buyers now evaluating who stands behind the project rather than just location or floor plan specifications.
