
Bengaluru-based Prestige Estates Projects is set to launch two new housing projects in Delhi-NCR this fiscal with an estimated revenue potential of ₹6,800 crore. According to reports from PTI, Chairman Irfan Razack confirmed the company would launch one project each in Noida and Gurugram, with a total developable area of nearly 8 million sq ft. The expansion builds on the company's successful entry into the region, where it launched its first housing project in April last year with a total revenue potential of around ₹12,000 crore. Razack emphasized the company's bullish outlook on the Delhi-NCR market, stating the company is "quite bullish" on the region's prospects.
The company demonstrated robust performance in the NCR market during the last fiscal, achieving sales bookings of around ₹10,000 crore in the region. As reported by PTI, Prestige City Indirapuram debuted in the residential NCR market and clocked over ₹9,500 crore in pre-sales in the first year of launch. Razack expressed optimism about the Delhi-NCR market, stating the company is "quite bullish" on the region's prospects. He noted that the customer is buying real assets and investing for long-term rather than short-term gains, with housing demand velocity currently "okay" at present.
According to the company's latest investor presentation, Prestige Estates has a launch pipeline of around ₹58,000 crore for the current fiscal across major cities. However, Razack noted that the actual number of projects launched would depend on government approvals. The company successfully launched 32 million sq ft area with a sales bookings potential of ₹27,350 crore in the last fiscal. On the sales front, the company is targeting ₹35,000-36,000 crore of sales bookings this fiscal. Razack stressed the importance of faster project approvals, as it creates jobs and benefits the overall economy.
The company achieved record financial results during 2025-26, with net profit jumping over two-fold to ₹1,195.5 crore from ₹467.5 crore in 2024-25. As reported by PTI, total income rose to ₹13,195.5 crore during 2025-26 from ₹7,735.5 crore in the preceding year. The company also achieved record sales bookings of ₹30,024 crore during 2025-26, representing a 76 per cent increase from the preceding year. Razack noted that the company would continue investing in construction activities and land acquisition if suitable opportunities arise.
Razack emphasized the company's focus on long-term housing demand, stating that customers are buying real assets for investment rather than short-term gains. According to PTI, he noted that housing demand velocity can vary but remains "okay" at present. Prestige Estates Projects has delivered 313 projects spanning 206 million sq ft and maintains a pipeline of 128 projects across 195 million sq ft.
