
Godrej Properties Ltd has successfully won the bid for 23.2 acres (93,905 square metre) of residential land in Greater Noida through an e-auction process. According to the company's regulatory filing, the land parcel is located in the DMIC integrated township and was acquired through an auction conducted by DMIC Integrated Industrial Township Greater Noida Ltd. The company plans to develop a premium group housing project on this land parcel, which is expected to generate an estimated revenue potential of over ₹7,000 crore. The strategic location within the DMIC integrated township, which boasts 750 acres of smart infrastructure, provides significant advantages for the upcoming development.
Gaurav Pandey, MD and CEO of Godrej Properties, expressed confidence in the market potential, stating that the company has witnessed consistent demand for existing projects in Noida and remains bullish on this market. As reported by the company, this acquisition will further strengthen the development portfolio in NCR (National Capital Region) and aligns well with their strategy of deepening presence in key micro markets across India's leading cities. The company's strategic focus on Noida reflects strong market fundamentals and growth prospects in the region, with the plot situated in a vital growth corridor benefiting from excellent connectivity to the Eastern Peripheral Expressway, Noida-Greater Noida Expressway, and the upcoming Noida International Airport at Jewar. The upcoming project will comprise premium residential apartments of varied configurations, further enhancing the company's luxury housing portfolio.
Godrej Properties has demonstrated considerable success in the Greater Noida market, with recent launches in FY26 generating approximately ₹1,500 crore each in sales.
